Statement

The character, inspired by Isabella Stewart Gardner and her own museum garden, wears an outfit consisting of an embroidered blouse and sleeves inspired by a possible portrait by Helena Snakenborg called “Portrait of a young lady”. The Blue Jay (usually blue) symbolizes spiritual awakening, growth, uniqueness and determination.
